The Post-Secondary Education Board approves funds for these programs and uses the guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Education applicable to all Title IV funds.
This program is aimed at helping students with financial needs, who are enrolled in technical programs not at the university, Associate’s, or bachelor’s levels, and whose total annual family income does not exceed $15,685. They must have a GPA of 3.00 or higher at the time they enroll in the program and need to maintain it throughout the duration of the program. For new-enrollment undergraduate students, the high school GPA will be used. The GPA will be evaluated yearly. They must be enrolled full-time.

This program is designed to help primarily new-enrollment students with financial needs, who graduated from high school with a GPA of 3.00 or greater, and who are enrolled in a technical, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s program. After these students are helped, the funds can be used to provide financial aid to students with academic needs that maintain an acceptable GPA.
